Hello hello. Ok, I've been working pretty much everyday ... I have no time to beauty blog. I don't know where this is going but a lot has happened since I started and I feel like this is sort of on pause. I'm sure no one is one my butt about it, but I don't know where this is going as I said. My kitties are better, I sort of want to start over with this beauty blog. I don't want the title to be venomous villains, the url, but this was my first shot. I don't know what I'm going to do, but will figure it out sooner or later. Thanks for reading.

Dear Readers,
I haven't been posting anything. I've been working and have no energy. I feel the need to express some things. I have been very upset lately because my kitties haven't been themselves lately, they are sick and I've been really depressed since. I also work every night and on through the early morning. I worked lastnight from 11pm to 6am. Do you catch my drift? Beauty Related: I've been sampling around foundations by Bobbi Brown, Dior and NARS. I've been very interested in Bobbi Brown lately. I've been eyeing lots of things. My boyfriend bought me the first thing on my wishlist lastnight which is my Clarisonic MIA. I chose the white one. It comes with a charger and a small cleanser in a tube. You're supposed to charge it for 24 hrs. before you use it, but I tried it when I got home, it already had some power in it and I must say that it made my skin feel different. It felt much smoother. I can't wait to keep using it and see and feel my skin improve. I think I'll use it with my proactiv because I'm still on my regimen and would like to keep it that way, my skin still needs improvement but it has improved since I started using my proactiv again ( gentle formula ). YouTube Beauty Gurus, What NOT to do & My Favorites

Do you ever go to edit your posts to delete your drafts and you accidentally delete one of your posts? I just did that. Anyways, there is something on my mind. I am sad that there aren't many beauty gurus on youtube that I am faithfully subscribed to. Why? There a lot of reasons. And here is a list of things you should keep in mind if you are a youtube b.g or are planning to be! :) Here are my opinions on what makes a poor channel IMO! You might not agree, but my feelings are so strong on this subject. Do not take it personally. In fact, I wouldn't take anything in life too personally if you can.

1. You have an annoying intro. Please don't start your channel like a sitcom. Please don't start your channel with hip hop and sparkles or glamour shots of yourself. Gee, you're so pretty it's offensive. If you've seen Queen Beeuty's channel, it's pretty much the limit for me. And I feel the need to mention that she is one of the few I am subscribed to, and my favorite gurus will be mentioned towards the end of this post. I want to get straight to the video. PLEASE don't do that. I understand you want to show off your personality. I understand that you're channel is special and deserves an intro. You have the freedom to do whatever you want, because it ISN'T MY channel, it is YOURS. BUT I'm telling you, if you're intro is annoying, I'm not going to watch your videos. Does that really matter? No, because other people will watch it. 

2. If you look like a barbie or a Kim Kardashian wannabe, you probably won't spark my interest. I feel like a lot of girls emulate a certain look, and I'm tired of it. The hair extensions, the fake tan, the louis vuitton bag sitting behind you, please stop.

3. You're BORING. This is probably the worst. I liked to check out new people with not many views, and now I know why there aren't many, so NOW I don't really care. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but some people are just plain boring. Monotone voice, long strung out speech, no personality, you're making me fall asleep. Please drink some coffee or something or be in a better mood before you start filming. 

I feel there is planning involved, and techniques you should use when being filmed!

4. You're fake. Self explanatory.

5. Crappy camera, crappy lighting, crappy sound.

6. Music in the background. I can't stand that, I won't even watch.

7. You're a bitch. 

8. You don't acknowledge your viewers, any of them.

9. You are a liar. 

10. You're a fucking ADVERTISEMENT.

Omgosh. Do you think I went overboard? I'm feeling a little guilty ... but not really. I think that's normal. The only reason why is because I set a budget and I went over it. O.k so if you didn't know I recently started working at Target! :D Yes, I got the job! So thank you for anyone who hoped that I would finally get a job! That makes me feel like somebody cares! ♥ Here's what I ordered, this was so frustrating, it took me about 2-3 days to make a final decision. But I'm satisfied with it because these are the things I really wanted!

Philosophy Have a Cherry Christmas 3-in-1 ( You know what I mean by 3-in-1, shampoo, showergel, bubble bath ) I'm excited because I've never tried one of these products from Philosophy and I take baths all thee time and thought this would make it more enjoyable. This was my first choice, when I saw it I wanted it.
Philosophy Snow Angel Set ( Ok, when I saw this, I knew I had to have it. I don't know why. I think it's because it reminded me of back in the day Bath & Body Works had the Art Stuff line for tweens and I loved this sparkle spray called Snow Angel ♥. Also I like the snow angel from Neopets. Lol.
Philosophy Best of Sephora Set ( I had to do math throughout this whole research process trying to figure out what I was going to order and this came out to be a great value. I just tried a sample of Hope in a Jar and Purity Cleanser  last night and I love it already so I figure I'd get them for 20% off. I'm basically getting the two grace items for free. )
Sephora Precision Pore Cleansing Pad. (  I recently fell in love with the concept of using this sort of tool and I'm a little worried to use a face brush even if it says it's gentle. I noticed this product on Sephora and the back of my toothbrush, which is like this, I use to exfoliate my lips which works perfectly. I definately don't use the actual toothbrush because it rips my lips up! I wouldn't suggest that method to anyone. It's very ew. I recently used the nice back of my toothbrush as a face brush, just to test the method and I love it. The Sephora one looks just like the back of my toothbrush only bigger and made for my face. I assume this is like the fairly recent Clean & Clear 360 facial duo with the rubber scrubblet and face wash. Only I don't like how it has a big back to it and I didn't really want the facial cleanser though I heard it's nice. I'm excited to use my Purity cleanser with this, which is what I tested the back of my toothbrush with, the sample of Purity I got from Sephora! It was ♥!

So there you have it, this is my order, it's already processing and hopefully I'll get it soon! Funny I didn't get any makeup items besides the KVD tattoo concealer! But I didn't want any. I was going to get Benefit Bad Gal Lash, which I've been wanting just because the packaging attracts me, but I think with these selected items I made it more worth it and the mascara got mixed reviews anyways. I'd rather try Maybelline Falsies first. I would've picked up Urban Decay's Naked Palette but it was sold out. I do believe it is at my Sephora store however, so it sucks I couldn't get the discount but I'm not too hurt. I was looking at eyeshadow palettes, like the ones with lots of colors and 'great value' but for example I friggin' do not like the packaging of Urban Decay's stuff. It's too cartoony and crazy for my tastes. Yes it's fun, but I just really don't want that around lol, it's too much. I'm glad they have it, but it just turns me off though I would love the shadows. I am not a crafty depotting kind of person. Not my style. Was looking at Lorac palettes but decided not to buy. As you may know, the sale ends on I would say the 2nd of November just to be sure ( although it says the 3rd ) and the promo code is FF2010. They only do this once a year so I would take advantage of it. Have you been eye-ing something? Go get it, NOW! By the way the total damage was: $188.79 ( Gasp. omgosh I just added that up and am shocked. I hope I can pull it off, I'm like so worried now. omgosh ... uhhh ... but I saved a lot of money?! ) This all was worth $218! Therefore I saved, $29.21, that is pretty damn good, now if I had lots of money ... uh ... yeah ... that could be used to buy sumpin' else. Ya see? Eek. Omgosh. Well,

Venomous Looks I

This look isn't so venomous. It's very innocent. I have to say, I am in LOVE with all the products. I absolutely love the Oh So Fair beauty powder, it's so silky and it's a beautiful light pink. This was the first item I had to have. And after using it, it is a must have. Bite of an Apple blush is gorgeous. It is also very silky and a must have. Innocence, Beware lipstick is gorgeous. It is a creme sheen, and I like that it's not a satin matte sort of shade like Myth, which I hate now. It used to be my staple. I'm over the whole dead lip looking thing, over the top nudes. This one was just right. If you are still looking to pick up any of these items and they are even available, I would pick up the Evil Queen's beauty powder and blush. Period.

These are the 4 items that I got from MAC's Venomous Villains Collection. Super excited. Today was the first day my MAC counter launched the collection, Farid drove me to the mall before my class at 1. I wanted to be there the day that it was launched so I could have all my choices. In my opinion this is the best/coolest collection MAC has come out with. The packaging, before seeing the actual makeup inside, is what is lusted for. It seems like many are complaining about the packaging, but I love the packaging. Period. I like how it is shiny black and not matte like the original MAC packaging, I don't mind the stickers, which will probably never peel off, and I love the images on every item just the way they are. I feel like if we could customize everything it may not be as fun. So I have no complaints.

The items that I purchased ( Thanks Farid, Mom ) was mostly Evil Queen items. I didn't get any Malificient, not that I didn't like any of the items because I would love those mineralized shadows, but I love the Evil Queen, she is amazing and totally wicked. When I first heard this collection was coming out, I was most excited for the Evil Queen! Here's what I got! Bite of an Apple Blush, I got the last one :), Oh So Fair Beauty Powder, Hot House Lipglass, and from the Cruela Deville set I had to have Innocence, Beware lipstick. Now, if I could pick up just one more item, and I feel spoiled already, I would have picked another lipglass. ;) I can dream. But I got my villain fix. *Phew* thought I was going to miss it because I'm not making any you know what right now.

You may be thinking, "That's it?" Don't worry, I will be wearing these items in my next batch of pictures. I'm not the makeup swatching type. If you want to see swatches, look them up! LOVE, Emily Anne.
